An example of a project we were involved in for a development of a cluster of 3 new houses on a brown field site which includes the refurbishment of an existing property in the same location, this site is located in South Suffolk (Completed late 2022).

New builds often take place on land or space that was previously designated as a garden to an existing dwelling. Architecture ONE obtained outline permission for a 3/4 bedroom property at an address in Hadleigh, Suffolk. This property will be located in the rear garden of an existing property within an established housing estate.
