UPPER LAYHAM, SUFFOLK 

 

The semi-detached village property had a traditional layout of two reception rooms and a small kitchen. Our client wanted to make use of the spacious garden area at the rear and side of the property by extending it to create more family and entertainment space. 

 

This goal was accomplished by adding a large single-story vaulted rear extension, which now houses the new kitchen and living area. This extension features accordion and French doors leading to the new rear elevation.
