Architecture ONE had a clear Brief for this property, to create a well formed proportioned single storey extension to enlarge the existing kitchen space.

The Engagement between interior and exterior space into the garden to enable a feeling of external dining whilst still enjoying the comfort and warmth of the property.

Consideration was given to the provision of natural light together with dual aspect view of the established garden.

Accordion glazing with a corner profile detail, together with a door and a half as a secondary entrance was employed in this design.
